Welcome to our public consultation website in relation to proposals for a residential-led scheme on Land north of the A392, Newquay.
The site is located to the east of the built up area of Newquay and south of the Nansledan development. The site is bordered and accessed by West Road (A392) to the south, whilst the railway line leading into Newquay borders the site to the north.
The draft proposals, which are now being consulted on, will seek to deliver a residential-led scheme of low carbon sustainable homes, 30% of which will be affordable, in line with policy.
The plans include the potential for up to 250 new homes in order to assist with the provision of housing in the area – the site has been identified as a suitable location for providing new housing in order to meet local demand. This website is a chances to comment on the initial plans.
